We are work in progress and none of us can say that we have arrived as the Master Artist is still shaping us to be more and more like Jesus Christ.
Someone once said that God is more concerned about your character than your comfort zone. When we come across challenging times, it will change us whether we notice it or not. It’s like an artist using tools that are available to achieve the desired results on the masterpiece.
22 throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. 23 Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. 24 Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.
