Some call it “forest bathing”, I just call it getting away from it all. I was amazed by the beautiful view so much that I totally forgot that there is no signal. It was only until that moment when I wanted to upload a photo that I realized that I couldn’t. But that’s good. Sometimes you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life to reflect.
When I was up in the hill, I wondered how it was like when Adam and Eve walked the garden with the presence of God. I have to admit that workload does at times take me away from spending time with God.
As I walked along The Habitat, I’m reminded of how good God is and I wondered how it was like, on the first day of creation. If what I saw was already beautiful, it must’ve been spectacular in the very beginning. While I remind myself to be a good steward, I also want to be careful never to elevate creation above the Creator. If you don’t believe in Genesis and the The Creation, you can tune out from this page now. But thanks for dropping in.
