Blessed Resurrection Sunday

I had a dream last night. In that dream, I went to England with the intention to meet up with someone I used to know. I was invited to their family get-together but I never really got to sit next to him to talk. One of his relatives even took me to his old school to look around. Before I knew it, I had to leave and I kept trying to contact my friend. I wanted to ask him if I could at least give him a hug and say good bye before I left. Then I woke up.

I believe God was telling me that my heart is still troubled with unresolved emotions and past episodes with no closure. There are many things in life which we may never fully understand, especially with our finite thinking capacity. However, someday when we see the Lord face to face, we will be able to ask Him all the why’s. Perhaps by then it won’t matter anymore. Before we get there, praise the LORD! Every day is a new day, and therefore a fresh start. Blessed Easter!

Bible Verse

25 Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life.[a] Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. 26 Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?” (John 11:25-26 NLT)
